This service facilitates access to aids from the various administrations, offering support and face-to-face advice in a personalized way.
Who is it for?
- People who have worsened their basic living conditions as a result of the Covid-19 pandemia.
- People who, due to lack of information, digital skills, or understanding of the bureaucratic language need advice and / or support to access resources / aids.
Methodology

On which aids are most appropriate for each particular situation and – where appropriate – refer to other services.
Help
In the aid application process: requirements, paperwork or deadlines.
Short training
Provide short training to people, entities or services to facilitate the processing of aid.
