What is it?
Promoting the socio-labour insertion of women through social mentoring with the Collaboration of Dones Mentores
The mentoring project that has been carried out in collaboration with the Organization Dones Mentores, consists of forming mentoring couples between women participating in our work orientation programs and women who have suffered domestic violence residing in the municipality of Hospitalet de Llobregat and surroundings.

- Women participating in Insercoop orientation programs (mentors)
- Women who have suffered domestic violence
Methodology
Accompaniment
Carry out a focused accompaniment from a pre-employment perspective, in order to bring the accompanied people closer to the current labor market.
Pair work
Between both profiles of participants, where the mentor can offer accompaniment and support in different aspects of the daily life of the mentee.
Pre-employment aspects
Work pre-employment aspects with women who suffer or have suffered domestic violence acknowledging them and understanding how they affect all aspects of their life and consequently, their employability.
