INSERCOOP leads together with three other entities the second session of the day with companies “Small Speed Dating Incorporates L’Hospitalet”.
Insercoop is one of the three entities that has led the second session of this new format of Speed Dating Incorpora L’Hospitalet, as an action resulting from the networking work carried out within the framework of the Incorpora Program. The aim is to train the selection process through a practical workshop of real interviews with the volunteers of La Caixa and Adecco, one of our collaborating companies, in Barcelona.
Last Tuesday, November 23, Insercoop, ABD, the Recollim Association, the Health and Community Foundation as entities of the regional group of Hospitalet d’Incorpora Barcelona, we held the second day of “Small Speed Dating Incorpora ”, as spaces where we promote the development of the skills of the participants and the meeting with collaborating companies.
It should be noted that, following the success of previous editions of Speed Dating Incorpora L’Hospitalet, organized by this group in 2018 and 2019, we have taken a step forward to adapt to the current situation. In this sense, we have organized a workshop that has been developed simultaneously in the different entities of the L’Hospitalet group, combining the online format with the face-to-face format.
Our priority as entities, as well as that of the Incorpora program, continues to be to accompany people in their processes of socio-labor inclusion, promoting their empowerment through the development of the skills necessary to enhance job opportunities. We support to promote the occupational improvement of all the people participating in the program.
In this session, the Barcelona Volunteer Office of the La Caixa Foundation has been in charge of preparing a face-to-face workshop with the aim that the participants can get to know in depth what the job interview is for, the ways in which adopts and what organizations value. Training the selection process increases the chances of success and provides tools to help people cope more safely with such situations. On the other hand, thanks to the collaboration of the company Adecco, they have been able to train everything they have learned in a second part in which they have conducted selection interviews in person and under real job offers, with the resources department. humans of this company. In this way, through alliances with the business fabric, networking and the collaborating resources of the Incorpora program, we are enhancing the job opportunities of the people we accompany in the job placement.
From Insercoop, we have maintained our commitment to the Incorpora Barcelona network since 2010 and we are an active part of the Hospitalet group, developing specific actions in the territory that contribute to strengthening the community fabric. This second session of “Small Speed Dating Incorporates L’Hospitalet” continues to focus on this format of working days to promote the improvement of the employability of the people we accompany.
