On March 4, around thirty participants from different Insercoop programs attended the “Women and Jobs” workshop.
During the activity we made a reflection on the social and gender inequalities that socially basic careers go through: wages and domestic and care work. The participants were highly motivated to talk about their own experiences and anecdotes. Experiences of struggle by women throughout history and the origin of the 8M movement were reviewed. Finally, the activity closed with a dynamic where each participant was able to highlight their claims.
